This year we are offering the balloon teams at the Silverstone Classic Balloon Meet:

• Full passes for the weekend (These are the 3 DAY Tickets).  These are currently selling for £95 each.  That is a total value of £570. (Tickets will only be sent out after all information, documents and cheques have been received.)
• PLEASE NOTE: We now have to pay for camping (which is at a reduced rate).
• The Fee is £30 per person for the weekend
• Children 6 - 16 are £10
• This will be in the new Silverstone Woodlands Campsite which is south of the circuit outside Club Corner. This new facility has purpose built toilets and showers.
• Branded Sky have also arranged for a Hog Roast at 4 pm on Saturday afternoon.  This will be free to all of the balloonists, crew and their passengers.  Any left overs will be saved and available after we return from flying on Saturday evening.
• Routemaster bus transfers from paddock to paddock

In addition we have arranged with the organisers, Avanti Gas and Silverstone that the pumped and metered propane supply will be available for refuelling during the event at a cost of xx pence per litre (and only xx pence per litre if more than 1,500 litres are used).  A blank cheque will be required in advance to use this facility.   A gas card will be issued to each balloon team once their registration has been accepted and completed.  A member of your team will need to initial the card after each fill to indicate that they have received the amount of gas shown on the card.  

• Please note: NO CHEQUE = NO GAS.

• The cost of entry to this year’s Silverstone Classic Balloon Meet is £60.00.

Highlights for 2017:

• 4 Days of ballooning from Thursday night through to Sunday morning

• 6 flying slots.

• 2 Night Glows during the Rock Concert on Friday and Saturday night.

- Friday - The Bootleg Beatles will top the bill   

- Saturday - Spandau Ballet’s former front-man Tony Hadley is topping the bill

- Saturday - The Dire Straits Experience, will also be taking to the stage
